The Libra Slow feeding insert from DOG Copenhagen is made for dogs that gobble down meals at record breaking pace. Simply place the Libra Slowfeeder in your dog’s bowl and watch how it turns mealtime into a fun and brain-teasing challenge. As your dog must work for its food, it slows down the pace ensuring better digestion and a happier, healthier dog.

The non-slip base with suction cups efficiently ensures that the insert sits firmly in the bowl and does not move while your dog eats. The insert can be removed using the built-in strap for ease of handling and cleaning.

Libra Slowfeeder comes in three different sizes to complement our series of dog bowls.

My labrador used to finish dinner in under a minute, but with this insert sitting in her bowl she actually has to work for each kibble now, and mealtime lasts a good five minutes. It's sturdy enough that she hasn't managed to flip it out, which surprised me.

I was skeptical anything could slow down my lab’s inhaling, but the insert’s maze-like ridges really force him to work around each section. It’s sturdy enough that he hasn’t managed to flip it out of the bowl once, and dinner now lasts a solid five minutes instead of ten seconds.

Our beagle's meals used to be over before I even set the bowl down, and now with this insert she actually chews between bites. It took her a couple days to figure it out, but now she works at it calmly for a good ten minutes. Definitely worth it for anyone tired of watching their dog inhale dinner.
